SCST-511 Gasoline Pre-Hydrogenation Catalyst

The Gasoline Pre-Hydrogenation Catalyst SCST-511 is development to meet clean fuel process. According to experiments show that the hydrogenation selectivity is 98.7% under the normal operation conditions. At low temperature and high space velocity conditions, the catalyst could effectively reduce the colloid, dienes, metal compounds, oxygenated compounds and nitride of oil.

The main reactions are as follows:

RSH+H₂→ RH+H₂S

RSR+2H₂₂→ 2RH+H₂S

R-CH₂＝CH₂+H₂→R-CH₂-CH₃

R-CH₂＝CH-CH＝CH₂+H₂→R-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-CH₃

【Industrial Applications】

The catalyst is suitable for Pre-hydrogenation refining section of petroleum before hydrogenation in the process of refining.
