The hydrogen rich gas was purified by PSA system to obtain purified hydrogen, and the PSA off-gas is returned to the converter to combustion to recycle heat. The reaction principle is as follows:
CH4 + H2O → 3H2 + CO - Q
CO + H2O → H2 + CO2 + Q
