SCST-512 Hydrorefining Catalyst

In order to meet the increasing demands for higher quality oil products, hydrorefining catalyst is being used widely at each trade. We produce the hydrorefining catalyst SCST-512, which prepared by impregnation. The catalyst has Ni-Mo as the active ingredient on the carrier of the modified sulfuric acidγ-Al₂O₃. It has more II active central positions and higher activity of hydrodesulfurization for DMDBT and other sulfides to remove sulfur difficultly.

The main reactions are as follows:

COS+H₂→ CO+H₂S                CS₂+4H₂→ CH₄+2H₂S

                                                                                       C₂H₅SH+H₂→ C₂H₆+H₂S            CH₃SCH₃+2H₂→ 2CH₄+H₂S

                                                                                     C₄H₄S+4H₂→ C₄H₁₀+H2S                 C_nH_2n+H₂→ C_nH_2n+2

                                                                         O₂+ 2H₂→ 2H₂O                                          

【Industrial Applications】

The catalyst is suitable for the hydrorefining of coked diesel, straight-run diesel, catalytic diesel, coked gasoline and other mixed oils.

• Temperature: 250 ~ 400℃
• Pressure: 4 ~ 15Mpa
• Space velocity of feed gas: 1 ~ 3 h^-1_(l)
