Catalyst for Benzene Hydrogenation SCST-532 is a new type of hydrogenation conversion catalyst. It is used for the hydrorefining process of benzene, phenol, crude hexane, raffinate oil, lubricating oil, unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon.

The main reactions are as follows:

 C₆H₆ + 3H₂ → C₆H₁₂

   2C₆H₅OH + 5H₂ → 2C₆H₁₀OH

C_nH_2n+2-2y + yH₂ → C_nH_2n+2

                                                                                  C_nH_2n+2-4y + 2yH₂ → C_nH_2n+2

Temperature: 130 ~ 200℃

Pressure: normal ~ 2Mpa

Space velocity of the feed gas: 0.2 ~ 1h^-1_(l)

The volume ratio of H₂ and oil: 3.6 ~ 10
