Ammonia Cracking Catalyst SCST-405 is used to crack liquid ammonia at 780 ~850℃ to get a mixed gas—75%H₂, 25%N₂; It can also be used to convert coke oven gas into N₂, H₂ and CO₂, thus effectively solving the problem of corrosion of

equipment and pollution of coke oven gas if discharged into air.

The main reaction is as follows:

2NH₃ → 3H₂ + N₂－92.4 KJ/mol
