Iron-Molybdenum Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst SCST-312 is to remove the organic sulfur by converting organic sulfur into inorganic one, so as to achieve the purpose of product purification. It’s a kind of new sulfide removal adsorbent based on Active Iron-Molybdenum oxide as main component. In addition to keeping excellent performance of desulfurization, it has been improved the physical properties.

The main reactions are as follows:

RSH + H₂ → RH+H₂S         R₁SR₂ + 2H₂ → R₁H-R₂H + H₂S

                                                                C₄H₄S + 4H₂ → C₄H₁₀+H₂S         COS + H₂ → CO + H₂S

                  CS₂ + 4H₂ → CH₄+2H₂S 

【Industrial Applications】

The catalyst is suitable for sulfur purification system of natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, naphtha, refinery and dry gas.

• Operation temperature: 250 ~ 450℃
• Operation pressure: normal ~ 6Mpa
• Space velocity of feed gas: 500 ~ 3000h^-1_（g）
• Conversion rate: ≥ 96%
