ZnO Desulfurization Catalyst SCST-302 is used for removing sulfide of coal, natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, refinery gas, syngas, gas and other gases and liquid hydrocarbons, propylene, naphtha and other liquid materials. It can prevent sulfur poisoning of following section catalysts and improve product quality.
The main reactions are as follows:
ZnO + H2S → ZnS + H2O +76.62 KJ/mol
ZnO + COS → ZnS + CO2 +126.04 KJ/mol
ZnO + C2H5SH → ZnS + C2H4 + H2O + 137.83 KJ/mol
2ZnO + CS2 →2ZnS + CO2 + 283.45 KJ/mol
【Industrial Applications】
- The catalyst is suitable for sulfide in catalystic dry gas, coking dry gas, oil field gas, refinery gas and naphtha purification plant;
- The catalyst is suitable for sulfide purification device in coal synthesis gas.

【Operation Conditions】
- Space velocity of the feed gas: 500 ~ 3000h-1(g), 0.5 ~ 3h-1(l)
- Operation temperature: 200 ~ 400℃
- Operation pressure: normal ~ 30Mpa
- Outlet S content: ≤ 0.1ppm
【Product Advantages】
- A high resistance towards water , the catalyst has a high strength, low running resistance when the water vapor involved in the reaction process;
- Life is higher than other peer catalyst at high pressure and high space velocity operation condition;
- Excellent sulfur capacity: at a certain temperature, sulfur capacity could more than 30%;
