Reforming Catalyst was Exported to Afghanistan

　　August 25, 2015, Shutai had successfully completed the project of technology optimization of conversion section and providing catalyst for the largest fertilizer enterprise in Afghanistan. And the catalyst had been sent to Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.

　　The company used the pure oxygen partly conversion process that came from Russia. The operation temperature was 1300℃, the outlet methane was less than 0.3% and the volume ratio of water and carbon was 3.0. This device has especially critical requirement for the catalyst, such as radial crush strength, activity, heat resistance, etc. It is said that the company has been the catalyst from Europe and Russia which is more expensive. They believed that only the reforming catalyst from the developed countries can be suitable for the partial oxidation of natural gas. However, they accepted our catalyst through inspecting our production capacity and technology.

　　A series of Shutai’s reforming catalyst was the most excellent in domestic manufacture. It were used for the conversion plant with natural gas, coke oven gas, oil field gas and other hydrocarbon gas to produce ammonia, methanol and hydrogen. Because of special method of production and the auxiliaries, the catalyst had a unique shape and a reasonable internal pore structure. So the catalyst could effectively overcome the carbon absorption, pulverization, lower activity at low temperature and other issues when the customer used it. It had shown good results at various devices.
