Methanol Hydrogen Plant Recorded High Degree at Ningxia Qiyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd

　　January 14, 2017, there was a good news from Ningxia Yuyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (hereafter called Yuyuan Pharma) that the original hydrogen production of 600m³/h device had been normal commission, and hydrogen production reached 900m³/h. From the news, we came to a conclusion that the hydrogen production is 1.5 times as much as the designed capability. Meanwhile, it marked that the Methanol Hydrogen Catalyst of Shutai recorded a high innovation too.

　　Yuyuan Pharma had an original 600m³/h methanol hydrogen plant. On the basis, they added a new 600m³/h reactor, which made the hydrogen production for 1200 m³/h of the parallel design. The Methanol Hydrogen Catalyst was activate by using methanol and water. The activation process cost 46 hours. Now the operation circumstance was as follows: Pressure was 0.8Mpa; The outlet temperature of Heat transfer oil was 243℃; The returning oil temperature was 230℃; The vaporizer temperature of heat transfer oil was 241℃; The vaporizer outlet temperature of heat transfer oil was 233℃; The vaporizer outlet temperature of feed gas was 232℃. The bed temperature of three points was respectively 214℃, 227℃ and 232℃. The methanol flow was 480Kg/h. The water flow was 650Kg/h. the Hydrogen yield was 900m³/h, which was 1.5 times than expected yield. And there was no methanol in the water scrubber.
