It is a big step to the huge hydrogen facility at stability, economy, security and reliability.

　　During the construction period, Wang Zhenwu, the chief engineer of Shi da Chang sheng, guided the team to modify the plant, which can reduced the operation temperature by 30 ℃ and reduce the cost. And he boldly changed the loading scheme and improved the airflow distribution of tube-shell reactor. The catalyst F104 produced by Shutai has good activity with lower temperature. At present, the cost of hydrogen production was RMB1.06 / Nm³. By the operating temperature and the load of heat conducting oil, the final hydrogen production was expected to reach 18000Nm³/h. It provided adequate hydrogen for the follow-up sections.
